Pippen
Tolkis
NMI-550R Moorit solid ewelamb, horned, single.  Born 5/28/05.  8 1/4 lbs.  Good conformation and growth rate.  Very good color.   I expect the wool to be particularly soft when she becomes  an adult, given the wool genetics in her background...(a descendant of "Old Finull" & "Old Mori.")  Also has "Leadersheep" genes in her background.  (Blesa) $500. SOLD (toJoe S.)

Tolkis as a lamb
A VERY pregnant Eowyn
NMI-548R & 549R Black mouflon twins, horned.  5/27/05. 1/4 AI
(Flotti, Blaevar, Thettir.)  Both were 8 1/2+ lbs. at birth.  The ewelamb has the better conformation, but the ramlamb is expressing 2 patterns simultaneously...the unusual (2 gene) grey mouflon!  His mother has wonderful color saturation, much better than most that express the grey pattern, with blue tones in her undercoat which is also starting to come through for her
son as well.   The ramlamb has a good growth rate, good feet, straight legs, but only average meat characteristics, and it looks like his horns may get close to his face as an older adult, but could be corrected in his lambs by breeding to ewes with wide spreading horns.  He really should be considered for his wool and because he is expressing two patterns simultaneously.
Ewelamb, $600., SOLD  (to Joe S.)
                 Ramlamb, $350.

Puffin at 1 year
Puffin lost her pregnancy...oh well!  Ewelambs only have a 70% pregnancy take rate as opposed to over 90% with adults.  Maybe NEXT year!  Puffin is proving to have an OUTSTANDING
conformation with exceptional back muscling, excellent chest and shoulders, a thick neck for a ewe, and very fast growth rate of both body and wool.
